Please give your guidance counselor a copy of your college acceptance letter(s).
MIDYEAR CHECKLIST
- Did you give your guidance counselor your request form for midyear grades to be sent to the colleges?
- Did you submit your SAT scores to the colleges through College Board?
- Did you complete all your supplementary forms for SUNY?
- Did you complete your EOP/HEOP supplementary forms?
- Did you apply for your PIN at www.fafsa.gov?
- Did you make your appointment with your guidance counselor to complete your FAFSA?
- Did you apply for any scholarships?
- Have you given your guidance counselor a copy of your college acceptance letter?
- Did you send your $65 payment to CUNY/UAPC?
