Students completed a literary analysis essay this week; an assessment aligned with the Common Core Standards.
The Unit project will be due Thursday March 14: Ten poems–typed–with a cover and title. Poem # 6—
Write a poem that begins with “I,” and has an extended metaphor for your identity.
Next week, students will be writing resumes, which will be appropriate for interviews for internships this spring.
